工作职责：	1、Take in charge of the overall responsibilities including Accounting, budget, treasury, credit control, assets, MIS, external relationships, and legal, administration for two plants that located Jiangsu province； 2、Keep smooth running of the financial and accounting function of the company and MIS function under the supervision of central function； 3、Provide timely, useful and accurate financial and management information relevant to the decision-making processes； 4、Assist the general manager in the day-to-day management of the company, and work with CEO to coordinate with the Chinese partner for achieve the business objective； 5、Set up accounting and internal control systems in accordance with company management rules； 6、Ensure financial statements &accounting treatments are in conformity with china accounting, fiscal, foreign Exchange & other requirements as well as internal management rules; and timely submission of financial reports； 7、Prepare management reports, financial analysis regarding activities of the company; annual budget and assist budgetary control activities of the company expenses； 8、Handle treasury activities in coordination with the central treasury department in HK； 9、Maintain an efficient credit control system & follow up long outstanding receivables to ensure no adverse exposure, and coordinate legal actions with legal dept； 10、Manage, safeguard and protect company assets to avoid risk of loss and misappropriation； 11、Provide support form central function, implement and thereafter supervise the smooth running of the IT system (scala, MRP2, etc…)； 12、Liaise and handle various matters with external parties such as bankers (in liaison with HK), government authorities, auditors, credit agencies etc； 13、With support from central function, assist in handling legal matters relating to financial issues。
任职要求：	1、Around 30 years old with Bachelor''''s degree in finance /accounting professional qualification preferable； 2、5 years experience in related field, including at least 3 years in an internal audit firm and 1-2 years in industrial accoutering management position; good technical knowledge on accounting, fiscal, foreign exchange and related rules； 3、Must have good command in both of English and Mandarin with integrity； 4、Can self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills; initiative to identify and solve problem, exposure in legal consolidation work is a plus, excellent people management skill with results-orientated and good team-spirit； 5、Demonstrated excellent people management skills that can led a professional finance team effectively; must be familiar with the JV work environment； 6、Instrumental in assisting setting up the ERP system with it's implementation； 7、Able to work under pressure/time constraint work independently。
