工作职责：	1、60% of time: As a HR Business Partner, to provide entire HR consulting for China Manufacturing on, including but not limited to, Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development and Employee Relationship functions； 2、30% of time: As a HR Business Partner, to provide entire HR consulting for CDC on, including but not limited to, Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development and Employee Relationship functions； 3、10% of time: As a HR Business Partner, to provide HR consulting for Regional office on Staffing, Compensation and benefits and Employee Relationship functions。
任职要求：	1、University degree or above； 2、10+ years HR working experience including 5+ years in management position； 3、Excellent communication skills in both Manufacturing and IT working environment； 4、Quick responder and can make things happen in a rush timeframe； 5、Good project management skills； 6、A corporative team player； 7、Good English skills in both oral and written。
