工作职责：	1、Direct Sales Territory Manager’ accounts and manufacturing representatives, and distributors as their primary point of contact. Responsible for sales and margins of HVAC product lines； 2、Forecast China market sales. Track sales orders and investigate any discrepancies. Initiate any action required by investigation. Keep VP/GM Sales and Marketing informed on all business activity； 3、Maintain the quality and motivation of the distributor / Rep base and investigate accounts with decreasing sales trends and initiate action to stop or reverse trends if possible, as agreed to by VP/GM Sales and Marketing. Recommend assignment, continuance and cancellation of agent contracts； 4、Maintain contact with customers and company sales organizations to gather information on customer applications, classifications, present and future requirements, and competitor activities. Have superior knowledge of HVAC products, pricing and competitors； 5、Disseminate product and market information to sales organization. Direct Sales Territory Managers through dynamic and aggressive sales leadership； 6、Direct input for new products from the sales organization to Product Planning and Engineering to insure customer design requirements are met； 7、Direct analysis of sales statistics and market intelligence and make recommendation for accelerated growth of HVAC products； 8、Assist in developing strategic plan and budget and forecasts as necessary for China HVAC。
任职要求：	1、Bachelor's degree in Business or related field； 2、Good English, both written and spoken； 3、Eight to ten years experience in HVAC sales； 4、Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as pricing, discounts, commissions etc； 5、Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry； 6、HVAC distributor network management and large project sales experience required； 7、Strong sales team leadership skills。
