| 工作职责: | Responsibilities 1、 Work as a member of cross-functional core team to manage medium to large platform/peripheral development programs from profile (concept) through acceptance (initial factory ramp) phase; 2、Lead an extended, cross functional, engineering team to develop medium to high complexity platform/peripheral development projects; 3、Working with the core US team on your assigned program, develop the engineering portion of the schedule, budget, risk management plan, quality goals, and product cost estimates; 4、Leads team to successfully deliver the goals for schedule, budget, product cost, product quality, and production ramp rate on your assigned program; 5、Ensure each member of your staff both understands and follows the PRP/EDP processes. Identify and drive improvements in the development process that facilitates quality, schedule, or cost improvements; 6、Develop approved resource plans, and aggressively staff the organization. In a proactive manner, continually reassess resource plans based on changing business conditions; 7、Effective management and development of subordinates to include holding one-on-one meetings with all employees on a weekly basis, holding bi-weekly staff meetings, holding quarterly off-sites, creating performance and development plans on an annual basis。 |

| 任职要求: | Requirements: 1、Over 10 years of IT services/solution background, over 3 years of people management experience; 2、Ability to sponsor quantified and qualified research activities on human factor, aesthetic, form, product ideas, and product positioning and impart this knowledge to team members; 3、Ability to identify potential product weakness and be able to provide design guidance and recommendations for improvements to subsequent redesigns; 4、Familiar with project management methodology, strong skill and experience to handle complicated/risky project, PMP certificate preferred; 5、Ability to manage multiple programs and/or areas simultaneously; 6、Ability in organizing and managing multiple projects, setting priorities and working independently under aggressive timelines; 7、Good technical background on IT solution design, deployment and operation; 8、Excellent problem solving and analysis skills; 9、Insight and skill to effectively manage cultural differences; 10、Excellent interpersonal/communication/presentation skill; 11、Excellent team leadership skills, love challenges, able to work under pressure, amiable, accountable, proactive, self-critical, teamwork; 12、Fluent in both oral and written in English。 |
