工作职责：	1、Responsible for directly daily activities of the manufacturing, manufacturing engineering and purchasing functions； 2、Responsible for assisting in the development and the execution of short and long term operational plans； 3、Responsible for leading change and quality improvements； 4、Responsible for assisting in budget development and execution； 5、Responsible for developing and executing safety plan； 6、Responsible for assessing capital needs and developing plan。
任职要求：	1、Fluent English and Chinese, bachelor degree； 2、Over 10 years manufacturing experience, strong background including manufacturing management, manufacturing engineering and quality； 3、Strong background in the manufacture of capital equipment or equivalent utilizing some or all the following: machining, welding/fabrication and assembly； 4、Able to take charge and to direct change, demonstrate leadership qualities and capabilities； 5、Customer focused, highly organized and able to muti-task； 6、Taiwanese is priority。
