工作职责：	1、Plan, manage and lead the production department in daily activities； 2、Organise and manage the production control system to achieve optimal efficiency； 3、Manpower planning for the entire production department； 4、Maximise machine and capacity utilisation； 5、Plan and provide resources to manufacturing to ensure company’s objectives are met； 6、Design jigs for machining process。
任职要求：	1、Degree in Mechanical Engineering； 2、Minimum 8 years experience in same capacity preferably with experience in valve industry； 3、Able to set up CNC machines； 4、Independent with strong leadership qualities； 5、Fluent in Oral and written English and Chinese。
